Job Description

• A Business Development Officer in a consulting firm is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Responsibilities
Key Duties include:

• Market Research & Strategy: Conducting market analysis to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the consulting industry.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Building relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting compelling proposals, RFPs (requests for proposals), and pitches to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Managing ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaboration: Working closely with consulting teams to align client needs with the firm’s services.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the firm’s revenue growth.

Qualifications

• HND/BSC in any relevant studies
• 2-5 Years of experience in HR Consulting , Insurance, or any other related services
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
• • Knowledge of the consulting industry and market trends.
