We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Achieve spot check on minimum 3 separate business units per MONTH
• Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
• Achieve minimum 70% successful trade (defined as trade in which 30 day average integrity price is higher than closing price by more than 5%) each MONTH
• Publish Trading Operations Manual every quarter from Q3 2025
• Design Internal training Manual for unit training before end of Q2 2025
• Achieve net profit margin of 20% per trade
• Achieve minimum 3 routine audit per staff each MONTH
• Achieve an audit completion rate of 100% each MONTH
• Achieve a minimum number of 5 key findings per audit each MONTH
• Achieve 100% supporting documents compliance for all processed expenses each month
• Achieve average Sales Audit Lead Time(Between Payment confirmation and Audit review) of 10 mins per transaction each MONTH
• Conduct at least one facility audit in each of the company operational locations i.e Depot, Warehouse, Workshop, Head Office each quarter (i.e minimum of 4 in each quarter)
• Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction score (Unit Heads, Divisional Heads and Directors) of minimum 70% per MONTH
• Achieve auditor technology utilization score of 80% per year
• Achieve a risk management control and compliance score (External Auditor) of minimum 80% per year
• Conduct forensic audit review on a minimum of 70% of all individual sales transactions each MONTH across the company
• Conduct at least one process audit per quarter
• Design an Audit Survey Framework before end of Q3 2025
• Publish Internal Audit Operations Manual as at when due
• Conduct at least 1 internal training each MONTH
• Achieve audit cost efficiency of less than 0.1% each quarter
• Participate in a minimum of 4 tenders each quarter for Sobaz related services
• Win a minimum of 1 tender each quarter for Sobaz related services each year
• Achieve a successful tender contract value of minimum $10m each year.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 4 years experience.
