Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Wuse Zone 7, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Krystal Digital is a fast growing ICT company and is looking for a seasoned business development officer that will be responsible for improving company’s revenue. You will work closely with all departments and be responsible for;

  • Identifying and pursuingnew business opportunities in the B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are an added advantage
  • Proven track record of at least 2-5 years in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
  • Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and delivering them to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments and deliver client solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
