Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Durumi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Abuja team.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker and self-starter with a strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape, especially in consulting services.

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new business leads, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Promote and expand DAS Consultants’ services across various sectors.
  • Draft and present compelling proposals, tenders, and business plans to win contracts.
  • Conduct thorough market research, trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Identify funding and partnership opportunities for both the company and clients.
  • Lead client onboarding and maintain regular follow-up for satisfaction and retention.
  • Support marketing and branding initiatives including digital campaigns and strategy.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate business development records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set revenue goals and drive implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client engagements or project delivery.
  • Business registration, business planning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, consulting, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Must reside in Abuja.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
