• The Successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, expanding the Bank’s market presence, and managing key client relationships.
• The role involves leading business development initiatives, negotiating high-value deals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals
• Manage and mentor business development or sales teams
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
