Job Brief

• We are recruiting a business development manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand impact across clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with business mandates across oil & gas and allied sectors and other viable sectors.
• Develop and manage a robust business pipeline for related services, contracts, and partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and contract renewals.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations to improve competitiveness and positioning, etc.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in oil and gas sectors, consulting, and human development sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently and work collaboratively.

Salary
N350,000 Net monthly.
