Job Title: Business Development Manager

Locations: Okeilewo-Ibara Axis, Abeokuta – Ogun and Sango / Samonda, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  • Monitor and optimize online campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads).
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage website updates and ensure content is relevant and optimized.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and track conversion rates.

Client & Brand Management:

  • Enhance brand awareness through online and offline channels.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure retention strategies are in place.
  • Gather client feedback and improve service delivery.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth and sales targets achieved
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Lead conversion rates
  • Digital campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, ROI)
  • Customer retention rate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
