Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyze property trends, local pricing, and competitor activity to find profitable new project sites or investment areas.
• Partnership Building: Form lasting relationships with property owners, investors, contractors, and municipal authorities.
• Portfolio Expansion: Secure new property listings, land deals, or leasing clients to grow the company’s assets.
• Strategic Planning: Create plans for entering new geographic markets or launching new residential and commercial property types.
• Negotiation and Deals: Negotiate high-value contracts, joint ventures, and purchase agreements with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, Master’s Degree or B.Sc with 5 – 15 years working experience.

Salary
N600,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
