Padoserve Limited  – Our client, a major player in the Hospitality sector, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Preparesales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Qualification

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration and Management or Accounting with at least 7 years experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a Hospitality industry or outdoor catering outfit.

Others Requirements:

  • Proven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiationskills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Knowledge / Skills Needed:

  • Business development skills.
  • Bidding skill and technics (NIPEX, Ariba, etc)
  • Marketing and organizing skill.
  • Event planner skills
  • Online advertisement knowledge
  • Technical skill
  • Negotiation skill
  • Companies’ registration skill
  • Understanding requirements on personnel on board and items required
  • Food portioning/ measurements and costing.
  • Selling price and cost price report sheets
  • Expenditure and income monitoring
  • Reporting and invoicing/ speed sheet
  • Weekly reporting
  • Monitoring daily sales and reporting weekly
