We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a minimum of 7 years of proven success in generating new business, driving sales, and managing investment opportunities.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative growth strategies to expand our business reach and revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value deals, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Analyze market data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, and investment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Experience in managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
