We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Background in Banking or Healthcare)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on sales outcomes and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales in Financial Services or Healthcare industries.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
