Job Title: Business Development Manager Leading to Sales Director

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a company that provides short lets apartment and real estate development funding partnership as a Business Development Manager leading to Sales Director.
• You will have a key stake in driving the organisations strategic plans forward through securing contracts and driving sustainable growth. If you thrive on challenges, creativity and meaningful impact, then this opportunity is for you.
• You will be a professional and well organised individual who brings direct experience of working in a business development or sales roles and will have a proven track record of generating revenue through written proposals and presentations.
• You will have excellent analytical, communication and written skills and will be responsible for producing high quality proposals and marketing material. You will also have excellent planning, time management and organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
Experience:

• Business development: Minimum 2 year (preferred)
• Sales: Minimum 2 year (preferred)

Remuneration
Ideally you will want to earn a minimum basic wage of somewhere between N300,000 – N500,000 Per Month with N5,000,000-N10,000,000 per annum.
