Job Summary

• A Business Development Manager applying to Isimandmisi Wellness Centre is expected to drive growth and expand the centre’s reach by identifying and seizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategies to promote services, including spa treatments, fitness programs, healthy meals, and vegan supplements.
• Partnership Building: Establishing and nurturing partnerships with clients, vendors, and other wellness-related organizations to create synergies and enhance the Centre’s offerings.
• Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for expansion.
• Sales Management: Meeting revenue targets by designing and implementing sales strategies and fostering customer relationships.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with health-conscious individuals and promote the Centre’s holistic approach to wellness.
