Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• This role involves sourcing RFPs, pitch opportunities, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Sourcing: Source opportunities for the company in terms of local and global RFPs, pitch opportunities, and other business prospects.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions where our services can make the most impact.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring that clients’ needs are understood and met effectively.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical and proposal writing teams to create winning proposals for RFPs and pitch opportunities.
• Networking: Actively participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand the company’s network and establish a strong presence in the industry.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with IT services, Cybersecurity, Web & App Development, and IT Support is a must.
