Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts.
• This is a critical role responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that will contribute directly to our bottom line.

​Responsibilities

• ​Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• ​Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the real estate or finance industries.
• ​Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• ​Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing complex deals.
• ​Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

​Requirements

• ​A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• ​Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a business development or senior sales role within the real estate or finance sector.
• ​Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• ​A strong strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
