Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through training programs and consulting services.
  • You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align services with client needs.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiations, and closing of deals.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Driving nationwide expansion of training programs.
  • Identifying and developing relevant training offerings based on market demand.
  • Bringing industry insights and networks to support strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the education, training, or consulting sector is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in education or training.
  • Strong industry network and ability to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with execution capability.

What We Offer

  • Competitive monthly salary of N250,000 – N300,000 per month + Attractive Commission.
