Job Description

• ​Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• ​Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• ​Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, cold calls, events, and digital channels.
• ​Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• ​Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
• ​Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• ​Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• ​Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company targets.
• ​Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently.
• ​Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
• ​Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• ​Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
