We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the real estate and property construction industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to capitalize on emerging developments and enhance the company’s competitive position.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of business contracts, agreements, and strategic alliances to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive business success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to attract new clients and secure business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate and property construction industry.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in business administration, marketing, real estate management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development initiatives, partnership building, and revenue generation within the real estate sector.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to drive business growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
