Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager with strong sales and relationship management experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• The candidate must be passionate about winning new business, managing accounts, and growing market share in industrial and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas space
• Manage client acquisition from initial lead to contract execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and procurement heads
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and industry associations
• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and service-level agreements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ sales or business development experience, with at least 2years in Oil & Gas or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of the South-South business environment and key players
• Excellent communication, pitching, and account management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
• Ability to work independently and deliver on financial targets
