Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities 

• Generate new leads and convert prospects into paying clients
• Drive B2B sales across FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and corporate sectors
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Build long-term strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in printing, packaging, branding, or manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Must reside within close proximity to Onipanu.
