Job Description

• We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong track record in leading strategic growth initiatives, building key partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities.
• You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing our competitive edge across B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
• Build and manage partnerships with corporate clients, agencies, and travel resellers.
• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to shape strategies.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to develop targeted campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven sales performance and deal-closing skills.with knowledge of RFP/RFQ
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, and proficient use of CRM tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
