Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

• Our client is in search of an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and explore new market opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven sales record within professional services or consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Support revenue target achievement alongside the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in professional services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
