Tybitx Services International Limited – Our client is a leading credit bureau company, is seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and relationship management efforts across Abuja and the Northern region.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business within the financial services, insurance, fintech, and IT (software) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and bureau subscribers
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Abuja and across Northern Nigeria
  • Execute relationship management plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Introduce new service offerings and generate demand for CRC’s products and solutions
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets across various offerings
  • Recommend improvements in marketing strategy and customer engagement to the Head of Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure service delivery in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline
  • 5–7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
  • Must currently reside in Abuja.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly (negotiable).
