Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, pitches, and other sales materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.SC Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in an HR consulting or training company
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Consulting, Training a consulting or Business Consulting and service firm
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
