Job Summary

• As part of effort to expand business operations and increase company’s growth, Romanspage is currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive who would lead business development strategy and growth.

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet set goals.
• Grow business through the development of new leads.
• Identify and make proposition on new revenue opportunities.
• Building business relationships with potential clients.
• Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
• Maintaining and updating CRM on business opportunities from cold call to closure.
• Develop business prospects and contract.
• Assist with marketing and promotional projects.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales plan and budget.
• Work with account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work with social media team to devise best strategy for digital marketing.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years related working experience

Requirements:

• Strong track record of success within sales.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.
