Job Title: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate) to support the launch and sales of real estate products. The role involves market research, pricing strategy, and developing sales materials while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and meet buyer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and drive the sales process by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads through to closure within optimal timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize and launch real estate developments with a focus on sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Provide the sales team with marketing materials, product knowledge, and campaign support.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, track product performance, and recommend strategies to improve sales velocity.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, property tours, and project launches to present insights and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven experience in selling high-ticket or luxury products.
  • Experience engaging High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of real estate market dynamics.
