We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, Wednesdays – Work from Home

About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Generate and convert leads into paying clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
  • Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5years experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the banking industry or microfinance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
