Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Associate to support the growth of the company by generating qualified leads, converting prospects into clients, building strategic relationships, and executing marketing activities.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the full business development process, from identifying prospects and generating leads to follow-up, conversion, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or, HND with 1 year minimum experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Account Management, or a related role.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities independently.
• Strong commercial and target-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content-driven lead generation.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
