Job Title: Business Development Executive (Humanitarian Aid)

Role Overview

• The Business Development Executive– Humanitarian Aid (HAID) is responsible for identifying and delivering value-driven solutions to stakeholders within the Humanitarian Aid and Development sector.
• This role plays a critical part in driving business growth through strategic engagement with INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies, and donor organizations.
• The executive will focus on building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted sourcing and supply partner within the sector.
• Key objectives include deepening institutional partnerships, increasing bid pipeline quality, and contributing to the company’s visibility and credibility across humanitarian procurement networks.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in related field
• 3+ years in proposal writing, bid coordination, or business development within the Humanitarian Aid, NGO, or Development sector
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and donor requirements (e.g., UN agencies, USAID, DFID/FCDO, EU, INGOs).
• ust have B2B Sales knowledge
• Excellent communication & attention to detail.

Salary

• N150,000 – N160,000 Net
