Job Summary

  • As a Business Development Executive in the real estate sector you will beresponsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
  • The Ideal candidates will be involved in researching market trends, developing strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base, and enhancing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking and attending industry events.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling,networking, and referrals.
  • Ability to negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and ensure successful closure of deals.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated aboutthe market trends and provide regular reports to management on business development activities.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and Analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
