We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos or Ibadan – Oyo

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new supermarket/retail accounts within assigned Lagos territories
Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers and store owners
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and account acquisition targets
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends across
Lagos retail channels
Coordinate with logistics to ensure order fulfilment and delivery timelines are met
Prepare weekly sales pipeline and forecast reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
3 – 5 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience, ideally within FMCG, wholesale, or distribution
Strong negotiation, prospecting, and client relationship skills
Familiarity with the Lagos retail/supermarket landscape
Own means of transportation or willingness to travel extensively within Lagos.

Remuneration
Competitive, plus commission.
