We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ogijo, Ikorodu-Sagamu Express Way, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Refractories

Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Ogijo.
  • Your primary focus will be to drive sales of refractory products to clients in the steel, ceramics, cement, and sugar industries, e.t.c.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cement, Ceramic, Steel, Aluminium, Chemicals industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Generating inquiries from customers and submitting offers within speculated time.
  • Regular customer visits, understanding their needs & future potential, analyzing the problems faced by them (if any) & solving the problem.
  • Smooth execution of the orders received.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Responsible for report preparation & presentation when and as required for the Sales team as well as for the whole unit

Salary
N1,000,000 Monthly.
