Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding market presence, forging strategic alliances, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • As our Business Development Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for creating and executing growth strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • This is a high-impact role, perfect for a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that expand market share and enhance profitability.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, from existing and new prospects.
  • Lead and manage high-level negotiations with potential partners, securing win-win agreements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and execute the business development plan.
  • Set and achieve ambitious business development targets, reporting on progress to the executive team.
  • Manage the business development team performance according to KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record: 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, and an established business network.
  • Industry knowledge: Expertise in the education sector is preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to think big-picture while executing on specific initiatives.
  • Relationship builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and commit stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
