Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Desk Researcher to support our growth initiatives through market intelligence, RFP sourcing and response preparation, and high-quality presentation development.
• This role is ideal for someone who combines research capability, structured thinking, strong writing skills, and PowerPoint expertise to support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source relevant RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities from online portals and industry platforms
• Draft structured and compelling RFP responses
• Support documentation compilation and submission processes
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations Create high-quality PPT decks for: Client pitches, Capability presentations, Proposal submissions, Internal strategy meetings
• Support business development and proposal work
• Identify trends, opportunities, and partnership prospects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development support, proposal writing, consulting research, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
