Job Title: Business Development Associate

Locations: Abuja and Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• Understand and implement the company’s strategy and business plan.
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
• Created bespoke acquisition strategy to acquire agents and strengthen retention.
• Conducted research and used findings to develop initiatives to grow agent networks.
• Work with the operations team to make materials collection cost effective for the company
• Proactively lead market penetration within assigned locations.

Key Requirements

• 1 to 2 year working experience in Sales or related positions.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
