About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to support sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and grow revenue within our HR services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and digital channels
• Develop and present compelling business proposals
• Support business development initiatives and market research
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Provide regular updates and performance reports

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in HR services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
