Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or a strong interest in strategic sales.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in background check operations or related services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
