Job Title: Business Champion – Data Scientist / Analyst

Job Summary

• We are seeking intelligent, analytical, and highly driven individuals to join our team as Business Champions – Data Scientist/Analyst. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Exceptional fresh graduates are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
• Support data-driven decision-making across business units
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities using data
• Assist in developing predictive and analytical models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of data
• Present findings and recommendations to management

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• First Class graduate is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
