Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly driven and business-minded graduate to join our team as a Business Champion. This role is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential, commercial awareness, and a passion for operational excellence.
• The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between manufacturing operations and business functions, driving execution, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of key business and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical business solutions.
• Monitor projects, track progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a First Class or strong academic record (degree class must be stated on the CV).
• Must have recently completed NYSC (completion month and year must be stated on the CV).
• Exposure to manufacturing, production, or shop floor operations is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to relocate to any of the listed locations if required.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
