Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Location: Yaba, Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Help prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct market and industry research to support business decisions.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Support software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate project and business analysis documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary
N60,000 – N90,000 monthly.
