We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Lead BIM execution throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate model reviews using BIM software.
• Manage BIM models, data integrity, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of work experience.
