Role Objectives

• As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand image, increase market share, and drive sales growth.
• You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing support programs.
• Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Manage the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Develop and execute public relations and media relations strategies to build brand awareness.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in brand management and marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
