Job Summary

• They are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Associate to strengthen their brand presence, manage marketing activities, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support promotional activities, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations and business development teams on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and other relevant marketing tools.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce is an advantage.
