Job Title: Brand Marketing Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Marketing and COO

Job Summary

• We are hiring a Brand Marketing Associate to help shape how we look, sound and feel everywhere people meet us.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in brand, content, social or comms (agency or in-house)
• Strong writer with genuine range across formats
• A clear eye for design and craft – you can tell when something’s off brand and say why
• Organised: you can run several projects and freelancers at once without dropping things
• Comfortable giving and taking creative feedback
• Nice to have: experience in [sector], hands-on Figma or Canva, video and short-form content, PR or influencer relationships, working on a rebrand or brand refresh.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
