Job Title: Brand Communications Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, executing, managing and measuring the effectiveness of the communication plan
• Increasing awareness of the category/product line in an effective manner
• Executing the brand communications strategy across offline and digital channels.
• Supervise the quality of creatives and content for social media.
• Coordinate with Agencies for Marketing and communications related work
• Developing a media relations plan, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Managing media enquiries and interview requests
• Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success
• Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding the communication strategy
• Preparing monthly PR & Content plan and a monthly status update to track plan adherence
• Represent the organization at events and press conferences
• Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond in order to arrange story placement
• Liaise with regulatory / law enforcement authorities to ensure smooth on ground execution.

Qualification

• B.Sc / BA Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.

N300,000 monthly (Negotiable)
