Job Summary

• We are hiring a Brand Communication Manager to lead communication strategy and execution.
• The role involves developing brand communication plans, maintaining consistency of tone and messaging, and building strong relationships with media and stakeholders.
• You will oversee content calendars, supervise content creation, and partner with design and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that elevate brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand communication strategies in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
• Create content calendars and supervise the content creation process across platforms.
• Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage press coverage, interviews, and handle crisis communication effectively.
• Support leadership with clear internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor communication performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Report regularly on brand visibility and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in brand communication, PR, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and crisis communication.
• Experience in content planning and supervising creative teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
