Description

• Are you a proactive, high-performing sales professional residing in Lagos? Do you excel at building strategic partnerships, field activation, and direct customer acquisition?
• Dokitami is seeking self-motivated Brand Activation Officers (BAOs) to expand our offline customer reach across Lagos. We focus purely on results—you decide how to build your network, manage your time, and activate locations across your assigned LGA.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Activation & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and partner with premium offline businesses (pharmacies, spas, aesthetic clinics, gyms, wellness centers, and luxury salons) across Lagos.
• Direct Prospecting: Connect with individuals in your target LGA through personal/professional networks, fitness communities, and offline events.
• Partner Onboarding: Onboard high-potential locations into the Dokitami referral system and build long-term working relationships.
• Customer Education: Present Dokitami’s product offerings clearly and guide prospective clients through the consultation and ordering process.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain daily updates on sales pipeline activities and active lead follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Residence: Must currently reside in a Lagos Local Government Area (LGA).
• Availability: Ready to resume immediately if selected.
• Tools Required: Must possess a functional smartphone with reliable daily internet/data access.
• Field Mobility: Fully comfortable working in the field and moving across different locations in Lagos.
• Languages: Fluency in English (Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa is an added advantage).
• Experience: Previous track record in field activation, business development, sales, healthcare, beauty, or fitness.

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Work Support Payment: ₦50,000 (Fixed monthly allowance for work support)
• Monthly Performance Fee: ₦300,000 (Earned upon reaching the monthly threshold of 5 completed qualifying sales)
• Direct Sales Commission: ₦10,000 for every qualifying completed sale.

Earning Examples:

• 5 Sales/Month: ₦50,000 (Fixed Work Support) + ₦300,000 (Performance Fee) + ₦50,000 (Commissions) = ₦400,000 Total
• 10 Sales/Month: ₦50,000 (Fixed Work Support) + ₦300,000 (Performance Fee) + ₦100,000 (Commissions) = ₦450,000 Total
• 1–4 Sales/Month: ₦50,000 (Fixed Work Support) + ₦10,000 per sale in direct commission.
