Job Title: Branch Sales Advisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

The Position

  • Are you interested in providing top-notch service to customers with speed, convenience and expertise thereby maintaining a friendly business relationship?
  • We are currently seeking to employ candidates who have excellent communications skills, have strong interest in sales and leads generation to join our Branch Sales Team..

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all customers that come to the branch for enquires, loan processing or complaints.
  • Process of all sales applications in line with policy expectations whilst ensuring speed and data accuracy
  • Guide and provide adequate information to customers in a friendly manner regarding the loan product to enable them to make a well-informed decision.
  • Owning and ensuring that the sales and processing targets are met or exceeded.
  • Providing a high standard of client service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to all customer enquiries, loan applications and complaints.
  • Ensuring floor rules are adhered to. (Comportement, dress code, email and phone etiquette etc.)
  • Ensuring professionalism and mutual respect amongst internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by the branch team lead or head of branch.
