Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Kano

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent, results-driven, and experienced professional to fill the position of Branch Manager in Kano State, Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, managerial, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee branch operations, lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities
• Manage branch staff, supervise performance, and promote productivity.
• Drive sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Achieve branch targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and drive business performance.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
