Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to fill the vacancies for the positions. If you are a performance-driven individual with a passion for finance and community development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure alignment with company goals.
Manage and coach branch staff to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance branch performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a financial institution.
Proven track record in achieving targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
